To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平平無奇，名過其實的拉麵

富山麵家(22/6) 星期三 中午12:30左右特式：見網上好多人讚呢間拉麵舖，佢亦唔係唔好食，但只係覺得好普通，性價比亦屬正常，唔係太出色。食物：札幌味噌拉麵 - 90蚊，呢個價錢食一個拉麵唔算貴，但如果好食既就會覺得抵食，但呢個我只係覺得正常味道，所以只係合格，味噌味唔濃郁，麵質正常一般。冠軍黑醬油拉麵 - 78蚊，都係無特別及黑醬油味唔太出。飲品 - 跟配的蜂蜜綠茶，無特別，同道地差唔多，係個杯幾特別。環境：餐廳環境偏細同迫，當日平日午市係爆場既，好多學生，所以又嘈條路又窄，環境唔係咁理想。服務：服務態度麻麻，樓面及收銀係得同一個職員，所以都無乜時間理你。價錢：人均大約100左右。總結：拉麵嚟講佢唔算貴，但以佢呢個價錢，亦仍有唔少選擇，我未必會再試。
