To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去南丫島遊玩前,想先填飽肚子。其他餐廳都要等位,國金軒剩下走廊的兩張枱。對國金軒之前嘅印象,就係好耐之前喺尖沙咀食過嘅晚飯,食物質素唔錯。但係今次,食物同服務都非常令人失望。先講茶,$28/位,淡而無味。食物蝦餃,大失所望。蝦,無乜味道。XO醬炒蘿蔔,好惹味,但份量較少。帶子燒賣,算係比較出色。最令人失望嘅係頭抽乾炒牛河,完全無頭抽味道。炒牛河無應有嘅鑊氣。最重點嘅係,炒牛河分左一次三碗俾我哋之後,剩低嘅牛河就二話不說成碟放上枱。5星級價錢,不及格嘅服務。無下次。
