To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 燒肉冇太大講究,如果食完個身唔臭算係萬幸。牛肉算價格平民化,肉質尚可以。但尖沙咀呢間牛角又有d驚喜,如果一早book定位,就可以坐卡位、望住無盡海境慢慢烤肉。牛角平時都有set比較抵食。與朋友兩人先叫左幾份肉,入面有牛肋肉、牛肩肉、一口牛同豬頸肉、肥腸......另外叫左菇菌類,解一解膩。菇既種類有4種,有雞脾菇、金針菇、鮮菇...菇類真係再放盤燒加牛油,先可以保留菇既水份。放網燒 你會發現好乾 咬唔開。牛角可以話係食肉獸天堂,可以用平民價encore多幾份肉。咁多part牛入面,至為喜歡牛肋肉,有少少骨位燒完係特別香,而且肉質係有咬口。好味最後再叫左個石窩飯,令成餐飯更加滿足。石窩飯好香 熱辣辣,加埋醬料拌飯,真係好好味。
