To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係多年好友嘅大日子觀禮後即興想食個 TEA 就揀左 JW TEA BUFFET 比想像中抵食冷盤、前菜、芝士、湯、沙律、生果、甜品、粉面 粥、中式點心都十分齊全日本刺身有肥美嘅三文魚腩刺身，同埋推介冷面，質地好好多款芝士提供，可以慢慢試真啲熱食有豬腳，乳鴿，雞翼，蝦多士，肉眼扒提供 。質素不錯👍🏻即場整嘅有粉面（豬骨湯底或喇湯湯底）以及有粥 勁正有榴連 pancake 真係好正！啖啖肉呢！甜品🍮很不錯 款式多 有凍有熱！roll 好好食 cream 又夠滑！仲有哈根大師雪糕🍦
