Restaurant: Tsui Wah Restaurant (TKO Gateway)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 試過幾次周末早上出餐慢,以為只係假日客多員工人手不足,今日平日,早上7點入座,當時大約只有5個客人,叫左餐蛋面熱奶茶($50),落單好快,諗住平日會快d啦,點知由落單7點等到7點半足足半小時都未出到一碗餐蛋面!好明顯係廚房冇出餐,但點解廚房有幾個員工,做幾個客都做唔切?只見廚房不斷做外賣餐,一批批咁出,堂食散客就乾等,唔出聲催都唔做你份餐!建議落單前可以同客人講廚房要先做外賣餐,堂食一碗面至到少要等半小時以上,等堂食客人自行判斷是否要等!今次因為趕時間最終冇再等,所以今次只係評個服務。
