To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 將軍澳有水準的茶餐廳其中一間係翠華,👀要露營用品順路到翠華晚餐。 咖喱焗雞飯香濃的咖喱香氣撲鼻,雞肉經過焗烤後,外皮微脆,內裡卻依然保持嫩滑。米飯吸收了咖喱的精華,味道十分入味,令人一口接一口。雜扒吉列炸蝦餐配薯條多樣性令人驚喜,炸蝦外脆內嫩,搭配酥香的雞、豬和牛肉排,無論是口感還是味道都讓人感到滿足。薯條則是金黃香脆,作為配菜也相當不錯,完美搭配主餐的豐富口味。忌廉湯忌廉湯的質地滑順,味道濃郁,微微的鹹香帶出了一種舒適感。牛油朱仔表層塗上薄薄牛油,香口酥脆。 手打奶蓋奶茶最後,手打奶蓋奶茶的奶蓋厚厚一層,滑順而不膩,搭配香濃的茶底,完美平衡了茶的苦澀與奶的香甜。整體來看,鐵扒餐、手打奶蓋 和牛油豬仔包否有水準,價錢吸引和環境舒適。 continue reading

午飯時間光顧早知翠華已今非昔比,分店開到民間,即管看看今天如何點了他們自稱「熱選」的$80「秘製干炒牛河」,還有$32羅宋湯。羅宋湯比足湯渣,有菜有牛,非常豐盛,最少係湯,味道不濃郁,亦不熱,比太興還差。干牛河,大的「碟中碗」,只有中間淺淺的凹位載食物,份量非常少,約一飯碗,較濕,不熱,不香,牛肉韌,得個鹹字,吃完好像沒吃過。秘製處,應是個迷。問了服務員如果要$80炒貴刁,份量一樣少嗎?她說是,但可炒多一點給我,即管一試。真的多了一點點,搭高了一點點,大量西火腿,欠青椒,濕,夠辣不夠鹹。只求吃飽,再叫一碟$80干牛河,這次神奇地份量比第一碟多了點點、熱一點,還下了第一碟沒有的芝麻,不過還是濕、死鹹、韌牛肉。秘製之迷繼續。學星星師傅話齋,港式醃牛肉至重要,基本如此都不達標。干牛河不乾,汁炒一樣,名不符實。街市河粉$10斤,不知翠華要省什麼,醬油?你說是份量少但味道精緻高級?卻又肯定不是。街坊生意,最少做到可以充飢吧。是不可理喻的經營方式。完全不ok,要花$240吃飽三碟差勁的濕炒河那三份二是冰的小杯凍檸茶,不說了 continue reading

要講到香港本土餐廳,一定會講到茶餐廳!這個相信連旅客都知道!如果要講到香港本土美食,鐵板扒,焗豬扒飯,應該係榜首!今日就等我去一次過,試齊這種本土文化環境方面翠華餐廳可以話係香港歷史悠久之一嘅茶餐廳,成立於1967年(我都未出世)真係細細個就聽過呢個名!環境方面,一般茶餐廳裝修食物方面:珍費蟹柳吉列蝦海鮮雜扒 $138(配薯菜。羅宋湯。牛油豬仔,蒜蓉汁,飲品) + 凍檸檬可樂(+$13)我細細個好中意去餐廳食港式鐵板餐,就係那種治癒的「JarJar聲」,所以小強對港式鐵板餐有獨特情意結!這個雜扒,可以話係份量十足,有牛扒,有豬扒,有雞扒,仲有珍費蟹柳,和吉列蝦!一次過滿足我多個願望!冠軍焗豬扒飯 $75 (手打芭樂檸檬茶 +$25)大大塊嘅豬扒,豬扒比其他餐廳鬆軟,醬汁也很香,配飯一起食,另有一番滋味手打芭樂檸檬茶有水果王后美譽的「芭樂」,其實就係番石榴!想不到番石榴配手打檸檬茶,可以咁夾!喜出望外!希望這種港式文化,希望可以繼續傳承下去! continue reading

俾大家樂貴 但係啲嘢難食過大家樂 係咪做西餐㗎?啲職員唔想做咪做囉  服務態度差 餐牌一成不變 個湯好似一坺屎冇調味 唔做咪唔做囉。一係就唔好收錢多個大家樂 呢間餐廳好明顯定位要比大家樂同茶餐廳高一級 但係啲嘢勁難食,仲要係外賣買返嚟 真心呢間咁耐喺時候換下其他餐廳 continue reading
