To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行行吓街突然間行咗去一間元氣壽司度食，調一個白色唔知乜嘢吉士乜嘢名咁上下嘅嘢啦，有幾得意幾過癮幾好食喎，另外叫咗啲三文魚刺身啦吞拿魚三色，同埋其他壽司，佢個三文魚真係有三文魚味㗎，呢個爛gag係咪好好笑呢講返正題，以呢個價錢去食到呢個質素嘅壽司，我相信除咗呢間元氣之外都冇乜可以做到，佢出單嘅速度都非常之快，唯獨是有樣嘢係非常之慢，就係當你想要自由嘅時候，你永遠都係搵唔到人幫你嘅，可能呢樣就係呢間壽司店嘅特色
