To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間並不想大家平日去的洒店,昨天晚上去了吃自助餐,以為除了一些斧頭扒要在星期六或日才有,原來平日都冇凍波龍,也沒有油甘魚刺生,只剩普通食物,唯一係好過一些放題及時間長些,食物方面行二轉已經不想再去。我都係看左YouTube 介紹才去,又冇講清楚平日有的什麼食物,居然連普通嘅涷波龍及好一點啊牛扒也沒有,既然吾想客人星期日至星期四去吃自助餐,酒店不如取消平日只做星期五,六,現在弄到去完一次有被騙的感覺,以後也不會去同集團的洒店。
