To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

跟同事一齊食午餐，有買三送一，剛好4個人😁我點左雞肉紅米飯，感覺較健康（因為最近食多左熱氣野😛）上菜好快，外觀冇想像般美觀，不過食落都唔錯，雞肉混左入去成個紅米飯入面，味道清清地，岩晒我既胃口，份量對於我有點多，食淨左少少🙈午餐配一個湯同野飲我選左蘑菇湯，湯既質素比其他食物同飲品更勝一籌，個湯係有蘑菇蓉同調味相當恰當，非常好飲（由於太肚餓，湯一黎就即飲，忘左拍照）。至於野飲就揀左水果茶包，冇乜特別，不過不失啦。同事就揀左飲咖啡，原本有個飲dry啡既，但因為太苦，而加晒成杯鮮奶😅但最後都係飲唔落，佢話因爲太苦，得個苦字，就算加左奶都係好稀、好水...所以咖啡就唔推介，其他都ok既

午餐配一個湯同野飲
我選左蘑菇湯，湯既質素比其他食物同飲品更勝一籌，個湯係有蘑菇蓉同調味相當恰當，非常好飲（由於太肚餓，湯一黎就即飲，忘左拍照）。
