我平時喺大圍附近返工放lunch嘅時候經過間舖,每次都好多人有十幾20個人排隊所以好想食,但奈何每次等候時間都要超過30分鐘,所以我就從來都冇食過,但係今次咁難得放假我又去開葵芳行街嗰時三點幾冇人排隊就梗係要即刻入去啦入到去環境雖然唔光猛,但係有有種好安靜令人舒暢嘅感覺,我打開咗個Menu睇到佢有唔同嘅烏冬湯底選擇,我就揀咗最傳統嘅麵豉湯而我朋友就揀咗濃嘅咖喱湯底。估唔到佢煮個烏冬大約要20至30分鐘,終於到了烏冬,佢哋係用一個鐵兜去裝住啲烏冬,而店員都好細心咁樣同我講話唔好掂到個鐵兜因為會灼傷我一咬落烏冬感覺到烏冬嘅面質同傳統烏冬並唔同好厚好似人手打咁,然後我就詢問店員。店員就帶咗我去睇個師傅手打烏冬,原來駐場有日本師傅喺度指導啲新員工,我極度推介俾大家,我會再嚟。
