To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺openrice特登book左枱同朋友慶祝生日，remark要求生日佈置同埋甜品畫碟。去餐廳之前有打電話confirm係咪有呢兩個service，職員話可以提供畫碟服務但係未必有生日佈置，要視乎情況。即使我book左枱都未必有生日佈置，亦冇主動打電話同我講。本身係見在有呢兩個service先特登揀呢間餐廳。最失望既位係最後上甜品既時候冇寫碟，而且臨走時見到隔離枱有寫碟。。。真金白銀消費，但食物質素、服務水平同價錢完全不成正比。唔要求好好食，想要既係儀式感，收我呢個價錢咁簡單既野都做唔到。我真係唔會再黎食
