To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這是久違了的點心店, 今日與家人茶聚。我們一行12人於12.00PM已到達點心店, 但依舊很多人在外面等位, 幸好只是等了半小時尚算快速。我們被安排到二樓的一間房, 房內燈光比較昏暗。這點心店已增至有5間分店, 更獲得米芝蓮一星餐廳 (2015-2016), 最優秀開飯廣東菜館 (2015), 最優秀深水埗開飯熱店 (2015), 所以難怪有這麼多客人捧場。先看看㸃心紙, 每位的茶錢$2, 㸃心有蒸點($13-$27), 煎炸點($15-$24), 盎頭飯點($14-$23), 弼品($18), 腸粉($20-$22), 甜品($11-$16)及飲品。我們由於人數多, 所以一共挑選了17款點心, 差㸃選了全部㸃心, 真是大堆頭呀!蒸點:晶瑩鮮蝦餃($27):皮夠薄而蝦肉被包裹得很扎實, 蝦肉爽口鮮甜, 蝦肉的份量尚算大。鲜蝦燒賣皇($27): 豬肉的比例比蝦肉多, 蝦肉的肉質爽口。豬潤燒賣($27): 蝦膠鮮甜爽口, 豬潤軟腍蒸的時間不會過久。古法燸米雞($27): 裡面的餡料有燸米, 雞肉, 東菇, 醬汁鹹味適中。豉汁蒸鳳爪($17): 鳳爪炆入味但略為腍。美味炆鮮竹卷($16):

蒸點:

晶瑩鮮蝦餃($27):皮夠薄而蝦肉被包裹得很扎實, 蝦肉爽口鮮甜, 蝦肉的份量尚算大。

鲜蝦燒賣皇($27): 豬肉的比例比蝦肉多, 蝦肉的肉質爽口。

豬潤燒賣($27): 蝦膠鮮甜爽口, 豬潤軟腍蒸的時間不會過久。

古法燸米雞($27): 裡面的餡料有燸米, 雞肉, 東菇, 醬汁鹹味適中。

豉汁蒸鳳爪($17): 鳳爪炆入味但略為腍。

美味炆鮮竹卷($16): 醬汁不算太多, 蝦肉爽口, 調味到位。

陳皮牛肉($16): 色澤略淡且肉味不足, 肉裡放了䓤粒和果皮絲所以吃時有葱和果皮的香味。

潮州蒸粉果($13): 比起一般小巧, 皮薄餡料十足, 有花生、豬肉碎、蝦米、韮菜粒, 蘸㸃辣椒油一起吃非常惹味。

煎炸點:

香茅炸蝦餅(24): 蝦肉混和肉碎再煎至金黄色, 色香兼惹味。

酥皮焗叉燒包($20): 菠蘿皮鬆脆, 配與香甜蜜汁义燒餡料, 加上鹹鹹甜甜醬汁, 真是絶配, 難怪成為招牌菜之一。

賽磅蟹春卷($20): 色澤金黄香脆, 肉質鮮甜。

香煎羅白糕($15):表皮煎得香脆, 一絲絲的蘿蔔在糕裡不會只有粘米粉, 但配料較少只有一小撮臘腸。

家鄉咸水角($15): 咸水角的皮不算太厚, 外皮炸得金黄色, 口感香脆。

鳳爪排骨飯($23): 排骨軟腍但肉質略瘦, 鳳爪夠腍入味, 豉油不會過鹹且帶㸃甜味。

土魷馬蹄肉餅飯($22): 肉餅質感軟腍, 有土魷香味和馬蹄的爽口, 放了大量葱粒於肉面, 混和肉餅和白飯,香葱撲鼻。

煎蛋牛肉飯($22): 蛋白幼滑, 蛋黃仍未熟透弄穿了混和飯一起吃帶出蛋香。
