To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久唔久我都同阿媽去老爹餐廳度食嘢，因為呢度地點好方便，通常都好快會有位。阿媽嗌咗個set dinner，有餐包有餐湯有嘢飲再加個主菜，加埋一都係80幾蚊，喺呢區嚟講算係唔錯嘅晚餐，地方坐得闊落，又唔會趕人走。餐包食攞夠熱同埋夠鬆軟，帶子三文魚忌廉汁意粉，三文魚份量非常足夠，忌廉汁食落好夠厚，意粉軟硬度適中，醬汁唔會太鹹。我食嗰個青口天使麵，上枱個造型非常有心思，唔會話係大眾化價錢就畀啲hea嘅嘢你，天使麵索咗啲汁，堅韌度剛剛好。餐飲方面都有好多唔使加錢嘅選擇，一般蘋果蜂蜜綠茶，柚子蜜都唔需要加錢。由於我唔係飲得好甜，所以我會建議大家叫少甜，會穩陣一啲。整體嚟講呢間係平民化價錢，性價比高嘅餐廳。
