今日男朋友放假就去同佢食個brunch啦呢間位於大埔懷仁街嘅高級西餐廳 lunch竟然可以食到四點鐘 今日就嚟食下高級西餐喺大埔屬於十分罕有 餐廳仲話呢度嘅大廚曾經攞過米芝蓮一星 真係好期待裝修好有格調 我哋坐咗喺二樓 有部分枱凳用咗雲石去做 好有西式宮廷feel前菜我就揀咗煙三文魚紅菜頭露筍卷 煙三文魚鹹香 紅菜頭同露筍增加咗口感 下面再加上新鮮嘅沙律菜超開胃烤紐西蘭特級羊西冷配煙肉焗薯 羊西冷唔係度度有呢度仲要做得超出色 羊西冷烤到層肥膏脆脆地一啲都唔油膩 而且仲有淡淡嘅羊肉香味 肉質軟淋係靚靚嘅粉紅色 薯蓉軟滑creamy牛奶味超香 加上粒粒嘅煙肉 口感豐富香煎美國牛腹扒配法式牛油薯 牛腹扒五成熟掌握得啱啱好油花唔多不過一啲都唔認牛肉味香濃 牛油香煎新薯 口感冇普通薯仔鬆化 反而更加有咬口柚子芝士蛋糕 柚子味香濃酸酸甜甜 配上微微嘅芝士香 一啲都冇油膩感呢個價錢食到 3-course lunch真係超抵 之後都再會嚟食
