To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過呢間餐廳都排曬長龍坐滿咁濟, 今日時間尚早未係好多人就即刻試下佢地有幾好食😋美國安格斯雪花牛($168)牛肉厚薄適中 放上石燒十幾秒翻邊就食得 油花均勻油脂分佈均匀, 質素都唔錯 而且份量都有成十幾塊 加上店鋪既調味料 將肉味更為升華季節海鮮鍋+白飯($88)因爲揀左石燒牛 所以火鍋就揀左海鮮鍋。湯底係龍蝦湯,海鮮配料有三文魚塊、四隻海蝦、青口、蜆、魷魚等非常豐富, 配上龍蝦湯都幾夾, 如果擺盤再靚少少就perfect刺身+南瓜湯· 升級套餐加$35 南瓜湯味道為濃郁,刺身分別有三文魚同吞拿魚各兩塊,肥美新鮮。整體而言都不錯 今次因同行朋友唔好香草 下次可以再黎試埋吉列燒牛🤭
