To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同事介紹平日一至四兩點後過嚟食，可以有半價優惠。其實都冇乜期待，感覺因為半價都唔慌好。係事實卻令人十分回味。先嚟一個片皮鴨，完全冇鴨嘅騷味，十分香口，再嚟一連串嘅日常美食不過不失，重點有兩個，松子魚及酸菜魚，真係一流！魚肉香骨，外皮爽脆，入口即溶，呢啲字眼形容佢做嘅松子魚真係冇得輸。
