如果唔係有朋友介紹,又真係唔會去開深水埗區,仲話去嗰區打邊爐。不過朋友試過話正,就要去體會一下喇!一入去,見到地方唔算大,但座位幾寛趟。坐低未叫嘢食,侍應就先奉上每人一小杯酸梅汁,開胃提神!正餐前先嚟前菜!本身唔喜歡食醃製嘢,怕咸。幸好個宮庭醬蘿蔔又唔算濃味,質感亦非常脆口。至於杏香金沙豆腐就更出色外脆內軟!再食埋條金鼓刺身,其實好似已經冇乜空間再打邊爐不過老闆叫我哋試吓個冬蔭公湯底火鍋,咁就梗係試埋啦!個湯包好有心思咁用腐皮包住,等湯底滾起約8、9分鐘先溶化,咁就可以連腐皮都食埋!火鍋料我哋點咗:細龍蝦🦞黑豚肉片羊肉片黑松露水餃一路話飽,但又一路係咁食!因為實在好食喎!仲要食食吓又上頭先條金鼓魚骨、魚頭嘅椒鹽版添!!好香口,佐酒一流!
