To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

記住我啱啱講過嘅：「阿華田爆漿多士，咬落去卡滋卡滋，荳荳地嘅朱古力漿四濺開，每一啖都為之一振！」喺聚來車仔麵，我幾乎可以想像自己係個小孩子再次發現咗朱古力嘅新天地。這個西多士真係好味到喊！阿華田粉灑得均勻，啖啖爆漿，夠晒浮誇！再講下自選車仔麵。豬紅、炸魚皮、魚腐，添上香辣魷魚，係豬骨湯里頭嘅完美組合。味道鲜美得好交關，個魷魚又辣又惹味，炸魚皮浸左湯就攞起食時候仲有少少脆，整晒個人開心到笑口常開🤤。最後嘅招牌煎餃，啲皮薄得嚟又唔破場，內有肉汁溢出，韮菜豬肉味重，真係正宗得滯！食完之後，個口感滿足到我都唔記得要拎起隻手機影相，所以要信我嘅文字啦，唔會呃你㗎☺️。整體嚟講，呢度嘅美食真係符合所謂「幸福嘅味道」，每一啖都令人懷念。喺呢間店試過之後，我會推介俾每個港味尋味嘅朋友，唔好錯過喇！👍🍜🍢
