To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

環境乾淨，服務態度幾好既馬姐麻辣燙店舖餐具特別，係用木筷子餸菜選擇多，特別係紅油抄手比較吸引（$10有5粒）我個人中意食豬紅，呢度既豬紅完全唔會有腥味，算一般！今次仲有叫到佢地既雞絲，但唔算入味，普通水平。今日叫左麻辣燙既三個餸，服務員落單快，而且會主動問你想食咩，呢點值得一讚。等左大約十分鐘，唔算太耐。中意食辣既我揀左小辣，但佢小辣既標準好似碗碗唔同，我朋友叫既小辣相比起我個碗就無咁紅，但都保留到香同麻既感覺米線係比較幼同淋，個人十分中意呢種口感份量唔會好少。最後，唯一有小小唔同既係飲品無奶茶咖啡只有豆漿，可樂等其他既紙包飲品選擇。
