To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日路過炮台山,見到呢間小店平平地,所以就試一試。(佢哋只係做外賣)我買左一份小雲吞擔擔麵、一份鍋貼(4隻),合共$40。個小雲吞擔擔麵係上海式的,所以完全唔辣,花生味極香,但就比較「潔」身,而麵質都好索湯的,所以每一啖麵都會有好濃的味道、相當唔錯。小雲吞都幾足料,細細個咁但成個都係肉,雲呑皮完全唔厚,一啖咬落去,相當有咬口,而一咬落去啲肉汁亦馬上彈出來,絕對稱得上係外皮酥脆、內餡爆汁,以$10元的價格,性價比超高。
