以前每次入坑口村食嘢,一定會幫襯村口間合時小廚,佢哋嘅咕嚕肉同糯米飯真心好食。不過今時今日再入坑口村,就會首選幫襯一啲同聲同氣嘅小店,經過舊年,個人嘅消費模式已經徹底改變。平日我好鍾意食魚生,不過隱居係居酒屋格局,所以我最後決定叫熟食,試下佢哋嘅烹調功夫。我揀咗客燒封門牛丼,隨餐附送沙律同豆乳蝦湯。睇網上評論,呢個蝦湯好評不少,我試過後,感覺係蝦味確實超濃郁,不過略嫌重手咗啲,變得好鹹,我飲完後要即刻再飲茶平衡返個味蕾,對面位飲咗一半就已經放棄😂。至於個牛丼,用嘅係日本米,粒粒飽滿彈牙,好好食😋;封門牛柳面頭燒得好香,入面嘅肉質仍然能夠保持幼嫩, 加埋紫菜,芝麻同甜甜嘅燒汁做調味,成碗飯整體嚟講相當唔錯👍。
