To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日上何文田做野開會,開之前就去左何文田廣場食個飯先,見到間新開嘅鋪頭叫Itamama,我諗起屋企附近有間Itamomo,上網睇一睇,原來兩間係姊妹店,都係同屬亞洲國際餐飲集團𣄃下嘅品牌,都算係信心保證,就入去試試佢。Lunch都幾多選擇,價錢一般都係$60附近,算係可接受水平啦。我今日就叫左個松露野菌汁雞扒焗珍珠飯($62)。黎到個賣相就認真不錯,面頭鋪滿芝士,雞扒份量亦算多。食落味道亦不俗,雞扒表面焗到金黃色,食落雞肉入味,油分不多,加上每啖都食到芝士,令人非常滿足。松露野菌汁非常香濃,配上炒飯底,蛋香中帶著滿滿松露香,轉眼就成個飯清晒。就個人而言,我覺得Itamama比Itamomo質素要高,雖然價錢相對貴d,但都係值得嘅!

黎到個賣相就認真不錯,面頭鋪滿芝士,雞扒份量亦算多。食落味道亦不俗,雞扒表面焗到金黃色,食落雞肉入味,油分不多,加上每啖都食到芝士,令人非常滿足。松露野菌汁非常香濃,配上炒飯底,蛋香中帶著滿滿松露香,轉眼就成個飯清晒。

就個人而言,我覺得Itamama比Itamomo質素要高,雖然價錢相對貴d,但都係值得嘅!
