To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金祥排骨菜膽排骨麵價錢💲: $40好味程度😋: 3.8/5服務🍴: 4.2/5 (人情味)環境🗾: 3.3/5性價比🥢: 4.8/5回頭率😚: 3.8/5 (去開可以一試)-新一年一如既往介紹平民美食🥰呢間就係有hku名物的金祥排骨麵🥳 佢地真係好多人食，一至五午飯市間都要排隊，因為間鋪唔大，絕對係小店！-我就叫左碗菜膽排骨麵。排骨正常size，大楖有6條到。不過成塊都比較瘦，所以食落有小小乾，冇油脂感🧐 粉漿厚薄正常，都炸得酥脆既。咬落的排骨有小小薑汁酒味，抵讚😚 口感係咬得開係淋既，但就乾左啲🤫-菜膽係三舊白菜仔，煮得超軟超甜😆 麵係幼身上海麵，唔會太軟，都ok。最好食係面頭有啲炸蒜，所以成碗勁香😌 以$40到來講係港島區食個晏，真係幾抵。但唔係超超超好食，過去來食下就無妨啦😬 如果住hall就一定會成日食haha
