和牛壽喜燒($208),可選飯或烏冬,壽喜燒湯底味道夠濃郁,牛肉吸左湯汁好入味,基本上唔需再加任何調味,肉質軟腍,而且份量都有好多塊。自選丼飯($168),可以選擇4款魚生,有某幾款需要額外加錢,我今次揀左牡丹蝦、帶子、三文魚、油甘魚,全部都好新鮮,沒有雪藏味道,最肥美係油甘魚,厚切爽口。芥辣八爪魚($28),我好鐘意食哩款壽司,八爪魚有咀嚼口感,加上芥辣既嗆鼻,簡直係絕配。火灸左口魚壽司($32),火灸過既左口魚可以將油脂迫出黎,食落油脂香味就更突出。炭燒牛舌串($38),牛舌size未算好大件,但勝在油脂味濃,而且爽口有咬口感覺。
