To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🔹日式叉燒豚骨湯拉麵 （$78）有四塊大叉燒，唔好以為個碗細，其實拉麵俾嘅份量都多👍🏻👍🏻湯底呈奶白色，味道都算濃😆🔹蟹籽三文魚刺身丼 （$88）三文魚都好厚身！而且鋪咗半碗飯，唔係薄切👍🏻另外佢再俾咗啲蟹柳同甜蛋，個面再鋪啲蟹籽，飯量亦都剛剛好👍🏻仲加左啲飯素，一塊三文魚配一啖飯 ，啱啱好可以食晒成碗🥰
