今日去油塘大本營,就試吓依間沖繩料理。餐牌都有好多唔同種類嘅食物,但係偏偏搵唔到沖繩最出名嘅苦瓜炒蛋🤔好肚餓好肚餓,於是叫咗兩個套餐再加一個小食。飲品方便,我哋叫咗黑糖檸茶,原來檸茶配黑糖,味道係咁香甜🥰套餐方面,我自己叫咗喜壽燒鍋煮牛肉拼櫻花蝦蝦湯鍋燒烏冬。啲牛肉唔肥,仲好嫩滑,個櫻花蝦湯湯底簡直一流,忍唔住飲咗半碗。我屋企人叫左大阪燒鍋吉列豬扒拼櫻花蝦蝦湯鍋燒烏冬。我食咗一件豬扒,表面香脆,肉質又好鮮嫩,讚👍🏻一開始嘅時候因為眼闊肚窄,所以叫多咗個芥末雞軟骨餃子,餃子裏面有脆脆雞軟骨,口感好特別,唔錯。最後仲有一個甜品「沖繩海鹽焦糖冬甩雪糕」,第一次食,冬甩嘅口感有少少煙韌,配上雪糕,再加上拖肥醬,成個感覺好奇妙,我覺得好好食,一定再嚟。
