一聽到廚師發板就會用「貴」字黎形容,但早前經住在西環的朋友介紹之下,去到一間比較唔起眼的平民價的廚師發板,朋友就為我預約了來試試!廚師發板是要預先訂位,廚師先可以預早安排及準備食材架!店舖小小,座位不多,沒有華麗的裝潢,很佈置很有日本風味!前菜:前菜是冷盤,左手面先日本海草,上面白色的珊瑚,白色的珊瑚質感柔軟,但沒有什麼特別味道,而海草配上微酸,海草十分爽口彈牙,好開胃!而魚肝比較都比較備咸,上面有點蘿蔔蓉可以減去其魚腥味,好特別新鮮!刺身:平時食刺身拼盤都係大路三文魚果類,不過今次廚師就為我地準備左一D另類同平時好少食到的刺身,分別有汁煮吞拿魚、鯖魚、甜蝦、墨魚海膽卷及北海道三文魚~汁煮吞拿魚是有一拌著惹味的醬汁及蔥花混入吞拿魚刺身,切成條狀十分易入口惹味,吞拿魚肉質十分嫩滑!而另一個比較特別的是墨魚海膽卷,口感對比強烈,海膽十分新鮮,而墨魚亦都好易咬開!甜蝦都特別大隻鮮甜,沒有腥味!北海道三文魚跟平時橙色的不同,好特別鮮嫩~而第一次生食鯖魚又唔錯,口感十足,入口肉質比較爽甜!日本蜆:日本蜆雖然小小的,不過廚師輕輕燒過,原汁原味,好鮮甜,不加任何調味都已經好好味~甲羅燒:這份甲羅燒十

北海道三文魚跟平時橙色的不同,好特別鮮嫩~而第一次生食鯖魚又唔錯,口感十足,入口肉質比較爽甜!

這份甲羅燒十分邪惡,內有海膽、鵪鶉蛋、帶子、蟹膏、蟹肉,廚師即場以炭爐燒燒,再將食材混合一齊~

蟹膏味道十分惹味,中間食到一絲絲的帶子及蟹肉,也有海膽的鮮味,好正,配上脆脆多士一拼食用十分不錯!

之後廚師仲即值加一點米飯,用餘下的豆乳湯底整成豆乳粥,加了一點蔥花及蛋就完成啦,一鍋兩食真係好正,豆乳粥都好棉好正!

最後就來多個小小的芝士蛋糕為呢一餐Tailor-Made 的廚師發板作結,連芝士蛋糕都是手製架~好用心~芝士好滑唔太重口味!
Other Info. : 後記: 試過呢間之後,就覺得廚師發板唔係得貴,呢間小店十心用心,在我們用餐時都有同我地交流食物質素,用料新鮮特別,而且價錢幾百蚊就可以落樓,所以我特別欣賞它們,遲D會再去過!
