⭕️短評:中環貴價潮菜「好酒好蔡」的平民化分支,這裡裝修平民得像茶記,價錢卻不算便宜,做的潮州菜別具一格,作法細緻,來到當然不會點滷水鵝蠔仔粥那些到處都有的菜式。魚露浸花甲,咸香清新,鮮甜飽滿,用了九皇塔、蒜蓉,陳醋等去煮,調味比陳儀興的更有層次,十分出色。蜆肉撈飯,賣相平凡,但吃下去啖啖都是韮菜香,欖菜香、瓜子蜆香,好吃到停不下來。清水鴨即叫即蒸,肉質不肥不韌,一如其名味道較清淡,我還是較欣賞油香豐富滷汁入味的滷水鵝。芋泥,做得非常香軟幼滑,完美揉合了豬油香向芋香,非常出色。💵Budget: $300 pp (dinner)📍 好蔡館 (太子)太子廣東道1237號地舖
