以前要中產先食到嘅港式扒房,而家都變得平民化喺太子嘅老字號,唔經唔覺已經開咗幾間分店,咁就腳,方便孝敬吓大胃之母見呢度有得嘟發達窿用消費券,嗌美國扒餐當中,最貴嘅貴族牛扒都不為過吖!樓面叫大胃揀碟上定鐵板上,要打卡當然係鐵扒上,但要口感嘅話,碟上先唔會咁易overcook五成熟嘅牛肩肉,完全唔嚡口,無論刀切口咬都係嫩口非常,份量方面依然係港式扒房嘅傳統mega size,絕對食得飽有餘。樓面會問你要咩汁,一定一定要嗌蒜汁,係呢度嘅signature,不過其回味程度可以喺口中維持1-2日蒲開港式扒房嘅,識飲一定係飲黑白牛,但呢度竟然有埋黃牛紅牛大胃貪新鮮揀紅牛,係士多啤梨雪糕溝利賓納梳打,好飲過黑白牛喎跟餐加$18就可以有咁得意嘅特飲,大胃之母就揀咗雪糕紅豆冰,唔會太甜,啱晒微甜愛好者餐湯方面,呢度嘅羅宋湯係首屈一指,味道甜酸適中,湯渣夠晒多,係幾開胃至於大胃都係擺脫唔到忌廉情意結,所以都係揀白湯餐包都係港式扒房嘅特徵,烘到微溫微脆皮,同雪到凍嘅牛油一齊上碟,平凡得嚟又幾得人心大胃之母食唔到牛肉,好彩佢焗豬扒飯都招牌,見個樣真係同menu個樣冇咩出入,知佢咩料啦
