黎開荃灣,響愉景新城 附近啲中染大廈,地舖就有間扒王入去點了個西冷扒餐試試環看四週 牆上寫著 1969, 難道這間老店比我還要歷史悠久?!左邊則畫有牛的不同部位點西冷扒好吃的地方,在於待應會問你幾多成熟我今次就要"medium well" 即系大約七成熟啦以前響酒店啲扒房食開 學左幾句依家拋下書包:blue rare 全生/ rare一成熟/ medium rare三成熟/ medium五成熟/well done就全熟下次約埋女伴去,就記得用上這些英文喇很快,扒來了,待應還親切地問要蒜蓉汁還是黑椒汁,於是熱騰騰的汁就在您面前倒下去當即成為全場焦點,哈哈記得要找條巾去擋擋熱滾滾的汁啊切了一塊 連埋滿滿的蒜蓉入口,果真是肉裡呈粉紅 功架十足的扒王熱騰騰還伴上薯條,這個時間如果想凍食,就可以好像我這樣塗上凍凍的牛油在餐包上,又有個餐前包凍凍肚 開開胃當然還有傳統的羅宋湯相伴,這間店還有看起來很像點唱機的東西是次午餐因為件扒太好吃,未有太多心思去研究這部東西不過整間店空間感夠大,同時也有不少食客在吃午餐正值午餐時分,中染大廈上面的OL也陸續下來吃飯餐後飲埋杯凍奶茶,滿滿的飽足離開荃灣扒房之選,下次來開會再吃! continue reading

多年前曾經去過灣仔的金鳯食晚餐,咁啱今次探訪朋友及介紹荃灣中染果間食下午茶,一口就答應。去到咁橋午餐可以食到5pm,又咁啱係可以食下午茶餐,各人各有各喜好。遇上我朋友有時會有選擇困難症,所以美中不足係叫餐時有個年長的人士好唔耐煩的吹叫乜嘢,令到我朋友非常之尷尬,急急叫了三個餐及叫佢轉頭再過來。落單時又要每人先落食什麼食物後才一個一個落飲乜,怪怪的。送上食物時,有年輕人送多咗一個湯及麵包,我哋立時話比佢知應該不是我哋的,但年輕人回應多給你們吧(大家都覺得年輕人有善D)!點知一陣兒,年長的用比較重語氣話我哋係咪加湯及包,我哋立時回答是年輕人送的,但我哋都覺得語氣使唔使咁火滾(今時今日不是要提倡禮貌運動啊)。至於食物方面,全是熱的,牛扒鷄扒全是煮得洽到好處,味道唔錯加分,只係朋友話鷄脾比較咸而已。整體食物滿意,服務方面有代改善。店舖乾淨企理,坐得舒適。 continue reading

外賣了兩份早餐,講解自己的三文治早餐,蛋治配熱齋啡,我在OpenRice app上備注了咖啡是轉熱齋啡,店員自己睇到我的備注已經幫我自動轉了齋啡,10分細心。蛋治的蛋唔會因為擺放得耐而令到麵包濕淋淋,所有嘢都好企理。另外一份是火腿公仔麵、粟米炒蛋配熱檸水,這間餐廳已經會自動分湯,唔需要擔心再加錢,發現蛋的顏色比以前黃,可能轉咗其他國家的雞蛋,味道香濃比原定取餐時間早了1分鐘已經準備好,所以一去到即刻攞得👍🏻 continue reading
