To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於藍田的台灣食堂，在匯景廣場裡半開放式設計街坊小店，主打泰式粉麵、喇沙及台式食物，小食、粉麵飯、甜品均有，十分多選擇。下單後很快就上菜，食物新鮮製作。小食特供隊：滷水拼盤（雞翼、鴨腎、滷水蛋）一細份的滷水拼盤，雞翼及滷水蛋滷得入味；鴨腎煙韌，味道鹹甜適中。台式炒新竹米粉：海鮮炒新竹米粉上枱時還在冒煙，很香口。配料主要是洋蔥、芥蘭、蜆肉、八爪魚等。台灣新竹米粉幼細，炒得乾身，不黏也不油膩，而且吸收了醬汁，味道恰好。芒果系列：楊枝甘露這個甜品變成用飲管來喝的飲品，足料非常。芒果略略有點酸，杯底有切粒芒果及西米露，中和了整體甜度，而且很有口感。
