To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間黃店真係一間好平但好好食既舖頭。前排黎呢間舖頭食時因為兩個人都食左lunch，所以就隨意叫左兩個小食，但真好高質！生煎鍋貼🥟外皮又脆又薄，入面既豬肉非常juicy，最抵讚係我地叫果陣個鍋貼仲係熱，證明野食雖平但唔馬虎！小籠包就唔似鍋貼，無得整定，要即叫即蒸，所以等左約10分鐘。同樣地，雖然平但好味😋！豬肉餡似係師傅自己做，豬肉餡唔太實👍🏻，而且好多湯汁，真好高質，難怪呢間小食店蟬聯三屆米芝蓮街頭小食推介！除左呢兩款外，生煎包睇落都幾好食咁😋，$10/4隻，又平又抵！我覺得最難得係依個時候係香港🇭🇰，仲有一D好味😋價錢又親民既舖頭，抵到我估情侶嚟食都唔過$100，真心抵！大家記得呢個時勢要去支持下D良心食肆呀！
