To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日黎左呢間海趣坊譚仔午餐，舖面好乾淨，侍應都好有禮貌及笑容。我本身唔係太鍾意食米線，所以只係叫左「麻辣木耳」同細嘅「四川雞翼」，「麻辣木耳」 芫茜味好香，木耳好爽口，辣度適中，亦唔會太喊，太多油，而「四川雞翼」炸得好脆卜卜，好香口，唔會太濃味，雞翼面仲落左d香料，十分惹味，兩份小食加杯檸7，一人份量剛剛好。埋單$60，平民價錢。
