To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每年到咗呢個時分，老細就會請整個團隊食飯，今年都係尚廚，中午自助餐食咗幾年，今年繼續推廣午餐有蠔，蠔鮮但較為細，有點失望。如果大家諗住食自助餐，又有蠔食，平平地都係一個好嘅選擇。其他食物，牛扒，羊扒，較為特色有尊人即做墨西哥卷，肉肉足夠，醬汁味道豐富；還有多款中餐美食可選擇。還有甜品，多款，雪糕有7～8款，新買點有雞蛋仔，配埋啱自己口味嘅雪糕，整靚個賣相，畀我打卡開心下。仲有樣嘢好，泊車有兩個半鐘免費
