To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

藍山食坊是西營盤一帶比較有誠意的茶餐廳，眾所週知西營盤食店多，但人愈多，名氣愈大，食物質素愈叫人失望。藍山一直係即叫即整，食物就算是快餐，下午茶炒粉面，都會熱騰騰端上餐，一點不馬虎。重點價錢平民，30多元一個下午茶餐包飲品，性價比高。相比同區名氣大的茶餐廳，我更喜歡藍山......推薦大家吃乾炒牛河，熱騰騰，而且份量夠，係好多工人哥哥既好選擇。大家要留意一下，藍山只開到晚上7點半左右，別晚上時候去哦，免得碰壁....
