To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想食西餐唔一定要去高級餐廳，太子有間小店以平民價格提供多款經典西式料理，意粉飯漢堡牛扒等樣樣有齊，大件夾抵食，每兩日更新菜單唔怕大家食到厭，推介俾附近返工嘅OL們👍精選套餐A-G，奉送餐湯同飲品，另可加錢要前菜同小食。湯品中西各一，中湯味清，西湯濃稠、前菜為巴拿馬火腿雜菜沙律，味道鹹香，搭配芝麻醬更加開胃。小食有雞翼同蝦多士，前者塗滿蜜糖，後者炸至脆身，值得加點。主食有牛扒配蒜香羅勒醬燴意大利粉，牛扒夠大塊，肉質嫩滑，啖啖肉好過癮，意大利粉蒜香味濃，食完個口好臭好正💩 另有黑松露忌廉海蝦燴意粉，呢款味道偏淡，淡淡黑松露香氣，入口Creamy。飲品反而值得一試，紅豆冰無論係賣相或味道都有驚喜，薑汁梳打正常發揮夠解渴。
