To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由細到大都覺得車仔麵係一種平民食物不過香港而家無哂小販呢d平民食物迫住入舖因為舖租搞到賣到勁貴一碗尤其家住馬鞍山呢個美食沙漠幾檔車仔麵都又貴又難食就算出到深水埗最出名果間叫多幾個餸差唔多成舊水一碗真係好唔合理最近俾我發現一間係大圍嘅隱世舖頭佢個門口真係好細 可能行過都唔覺眼係大圍名物華輝小食 手撕雞腸粉同一條街舖仔細細但係老闆同老闆娘兩個親手整個湯底又唔用味精 食完飲埋d湯都唔會口渴記得加埋個秘制辣汁三餸麵加埋都只係$40夠晒抵食飽肚而且老闆同老闆娘都好好傾好親民絕對會返嚟再食

幾檔車仔麵都又貴又難食
就算出到深水埗最出名果間
叫多幾個餸差唔多成舊水一碗
真係好唔合理

最近俾我發現一間係大圍嘅隱世舖頭
佢個門口真係好細 可能行過都唔覺眼
係大圍名物華輝小食 手撕雞腸粉同一條街
舖仔細細但係老闆同老闆娘兩個親手整
個湯底又唔用味精 食完飲埋d湯都唔會口渴
記得加埋個秘制辣汁

三餸麵加埋都只係$40
夠晒抵食飽肚
而且老闆同老闆娘都好好傾好親民
絕對會返嚟再食
