To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咀嚼中嘅平民饗宴，我喺這家餐廳發現咗! 呢度嘅環境同服務都好正! 話說返轉蔬菜糕（蘿蔔糕）真係會令你重拾對蘿蔔糕的愛，外皮微酥內裡滑溜，一啖落去嗲得滯! 創意十足嘅酥脆黑椒素牛柳掂過天邊，個黑椒味帶點微辣扑鼻，素牛柳咬落去夠嚼勁，好似真嘅牛柳一樣，玩味十足😋。由頭脆到尾嘅酥皮豆腐，佢嘅口感豐富到爆炸，而且啲豆腐鮮滑得嚟不失彈性。最後，話晒要嚟個經典饅頭，撈了些珍珠奶茶饅頭，將香甜嘅奶茶味同饅頭完美結合，啖啖奶香，真係令人一試難忘👍！總之，整餐食落就係一個字－正！無論你係咪蔬食主義者，照食無誤，個個都可以成日開懷大快朵頤！下次再嚟，我定必要再挑戰下其他美味佳餚😄~分享美食，真喜悅！
