To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 此餐廳以無添加味精做招徠,大部份湯底以雞湯做主打,另外還有足料的當歸黨蔘藥膳湯。街坊想豪食一餐鮑蔘翅肚;或者飲碗老火靚湯,配碗飯麵都得。豐儉由人,絕對是入得廚房出得廳堂的一餐住家菜。週年期間限定的鮑蔘翅肚一人餐,只需$168。有花膠,又有群翅,用料十足;比得上很多大酒樓的所謂金湯翅綽綽有餘。海味一品鍋更有元貝,鮑魚,海蔘和花膠。以此價錢,當然不是一級材料,但絕對已交足功課,口感也夠軟身。醉雞更配上少量蟲草花,肉質嫩滑,略嫌酒味未能滲透在其中。最後仲有一碗鮑汁飯,雖然味不算濃,但也為此一人餐劃上完整的句號。砂鍋雲吞雞麵,絕不欺場。雲吞有湯匙大,包住一隻原整的大蝦,雞肉雖然在湯中,但還有口感。很多時,坊間的雲吞雞肉也比較梅爛。一上枱,已聞到濃濃的椰子味,桃膠又清楚可見有一堆。在眾多雞湯款式中,椰子雞湯應該是最值得飲。其他的雞湯主要是加了花膠,翅等,基本上不能增加其鮮甜味。豬手炆得夠軟身,同樣配上蟲草花和杞子。可以小食點選或配湯飯。反之藥膳雞腳就太硬了,建議可煲耐點,軟綿一點口感更好。至於夏日期間限定的鮑魚冬瓜粒粒湯飯除了有鮑魚做亮點外,湯就淡了一點,冬瓜又少了一點。還是點客雞湯或藥膳豬手配
