To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

偶爾平日夜收工, 都會過去長沙灣搵friend打機食飯~德記呢幾年都係聚腳點+飯堂啦, 皆因又平又多野食~粉面餐好抵~二十鬆d就有面有菜有埋野飲,想食清d都不錯~佢地有好特色既"牛皇面"同"多魚面", d料全係牛同魚不過,最鍾意既始終係德記既炒野!超好鑊氣又大大碟, 去到乾炒豬扒意呢d lv,都不會覺得好油膩~呀,佢既凍檸茶都激好飲! 好解渴, 又夠濃~~有時真係食為左杯野衝去德記食飯~~d伙記都好好service夜晚8點幾好旺, 有時都要等位啦
