To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前有在奧運站分店食過一次,印象中不過不失,但今次係中環分店食啲點心水準高很多。今次叫了很多蝦嘅點心,包括蝦餃,腐皮蝦卷,燒賣,蝦腸,蝦餅(差啲以為食緊蝦放題)。所有點心嘅蝦都很新鮮,蝦肉足料,蝦味鮮甜!雖然蝦餃嘅價格最高,但同出面嘅蝦餃所有唔同,值得一試!
