To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來開大埔運頭塘想坐低食下嘢，見到<譚仔三哥>不用等位，地方又寬敞，加上很久未食譚仔啦，於是坐底叫了個平淡但我喜愛的的<腩肉清湯米線>，清湯很濃郁，可惜鹹了些，要自己加少少熱開水才無咁鹹，不過它的用料好豐富，有韭菜、牙菜、腐皮和很多塊的薄豬腩肉，腩肉肥瘦適宜，很合我胃口，米線當然很滑。咁样一碗大大碗吃得飽飽的都只是$35，經濟又化算!可惜沒有我想飲的熱豆漿，以前是有的。而環境都很整潔。原來那兒的職員是會將每一張凳抹的(連凳腳)，所以地方很潔淨好坐。
