餐廳格局大致冇乜太大分別,同以往差唔多, 餐牌睇得出改名都用咗啲心思 , 餐牌 設計nice ,中式feel.... 盅湯方面今日得花膠燉雞湯,所以冇點到。點左菜後,上菜速度驚人,好快就炒完, 咁多餸菜前後相隔十分鐘 ,今日點咗一碟湯,兩碟小菜 ,一碟炒飯, 一碟小食胡椒豬肚湯 88hkd豬肚分量都幾多,冇腥臭味, 胡椒味非常重。蝦乾炒通菜88hkd蝦醬重手, 一上菜成碟菜汁 都用到 踴躍出嚟 ,好似噴泉咁熱, 好難想像廚師點樣做到呢個效果。蜜桃咕嚕肉 72hkd蜜桃用咗罐頭蜜桃去做, 咕嚕肉外皮鬆脆炸得幾好, 最鍾意食佢嘅洋蔥 ,唔會太生唔會太熟。牙籤雞 58hkd呢碟最好食, 雞外層應該用咗麵包糠去炸, 雞肉已經一早醃好。 分量都幾多,第一碟上檯,炸得好快。潮式炒飯 78hkd炒飯夠鑊氣,唔會太鹹 ,適中味道,足料。
