放假唔想出咁遠,於是近近地喺附近食晚飯,突然醒起好耐冇去過醉潮館食,好掛住佢個蒸魚片,於是即刻過去 walk in睇下有冇位。由於太過即興冇訂位嘅關係,喺門口坐在一陣就好快安排可以入座。一坐低第一時間就即刻落咗個薑蔥蒜蓉蒸鯇魚片先,幾乎每次嚟親都會叫呢碟餸,除咗本身自己鍾意食鯇魚片之外,佢嘅煮法亦都非常之好,用少少蒜蓉去蒸提出鯇魚個鮮味之餘,又唔會喧賓奪主。另外點咗個鐵板鮮魷盤龍茄,一落台真係大碟到非常之誇張,熱辣辣又淋嘅茄子配上茄子出奇地襯,真係餸到兩碗白飯~實在有太多嘢想食所以叫到一枱都係餸,最後食到飽到上心口咁走~

紅燒籠中乳鴿蝦片脆👍 乳鴿中等大細,外表燒到紅卜卜,夠哂脆口,火喉剛好,肉仲係滑嘅,重點係勁入味,唔點汁同鹽都好正😈荷葉膏蟹蒸飯蒸熟咗嘅蟹膏呈金黃硬挺的,蒸籠用筷子揭開包荷葉,見到成隻蟹同炒飯的荷葉勁興奮,飯仲要好入味,單食已經好正,餐廳仲要加埋切碎臘腸同蒜茸,勁香! 醉滑小炒王個小炒王鑊氣十足,炒得乾身,配埋銀魚仔,蝦乾,魷魚,滿滿鹹鮮味,加埋炸過嘅腰果,夠惹味😋最後緊係要隊返支大啤酒啦!爽!

荷葉膏蟹蒸飯
蒸熟咗嘅蟹膏呈金黃硬挺的,蒸籠用筷子揭開包荷葉,見到成隻蟹同炒飯的荷葉勁興奮,飯仲要好入味,單食已經好正,餐廳仲要加埋切碎臘腸同蒜茸,勁香!

荃灣嘅醉潮館真係一間好吸引嘅打冷舖頭,尤其喺天氣轉涼嘅時候,佢嘅菜式真係令人食到心暖。我哋首先叫咗佢哋嘅招牌菜蒜蓉椒絲炒通菜($68)。佢哋用石鍋熱上,一上桌就見到底下嘅汁都煮得沸騰,真係好吸引。而且意想唔到入面仲加咗蝦乾,味道更加豐富,好開胃。另外,我哋亦叫咗芥末牛仔粒($118),呢個菜真係好特別。佢哋將芥末同蛋黃醬結合喺一齊,味道清新又開胃,真係令人驚喜。最後,我哋嘅重頭戲係砂鍋卜卜蜆煲($188)。雖然我哋叫咗細份,但係份量超級多。而且,蜆完全冇沙,又鮮甜。想像吓打開嘅時候,佢嘅香氣同湯汁一齊迎面嚟,真係讓人食指大動。湯底入面仲有蘿蔔同粟米,增添咗湯嘅甜度同層次感。
