Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於小妹超級鍾意食麵, 所以又去左我個御用飯堂"大家食"喇...依度選擇都吾少, 一定搵到一款岩你口味蕃茄雞蛋牛肉手攪麵趁熱飲口湯, 不算油膩茄蓉和蛋絲的湯料味道好夾, 茄蛋帶酸甜, 蛋絲和牛肉都好滑, 牛肉應該用上肥牛所以唔會鞋口麵的份量很多, 麵條亦好有嚼頭, 還附上滿滿的韮菜和芽菜, 很perfect 豬頸肉南瓜麵湯底味道較淡, 但豬頸肉夠香口惹味, 麵條亦有淡淡的南瓜味, 感覺唔錯韮菜餃子煎得個外層香脆得黎唔肥膩, 非常抵讚隻隻餃子都真材實料大大隻其實以這個價錢, 環境服務合格, 食物味道和份量多都算合理

趁熱飲口湯, 不算油膩
茄蓉和蛋絲的湯料味道好夾, 茄蛋帶酸甜, 蛋絲和牛肉都好滑, 牛肉應該用上肥牛所以唔會鞋口
麵的份量很多, 麵條亦好有嚼頭, 還附上滿滿的韮菜和芽菜, 很perfect 


豬頸肉南瓜麵
湯底味道較淡, 但豬頸肉夠香口惹味, 麵條亦有淡淡的南瓜味, 感覺唔錯

韮菜餃子
煎得個外層香脆得黎唔肥膩, 非常抵讚
隻隻餃子都真材實料大大隻


其實以這個價錢, 環境服務合格, 食物味道和份量多都算合理
