To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去完福岡唔夠一個月，突然好想再食日本菜，於是就同男朋友嚟咗金百利嘅築地日本料理，由於未夠6點就上到餐廳，所以職員都比我哋自己隨意揀選坐位。安頓好後就揀咗個精選二人前嘅套餐，套餐包括一個串燒拼盤、沙律、小食同埋主菜，除咗串燒拼盤係指定咗嘅串燒外，另外揀選咗嘅食物包括：冰梅蕃茄沙律板燒香蒜牛舌黑蒜油豬軟骨拉麵牛肉野菜壽喜燒冰梅蕃茄沙律幾特別，酸酸甜甜，蕃茄亦都去皮，幾細心。板燒香蒜牛舌上枱時熱焫焫，牛舌爽口好香炸蒜味道。黑蒜油豬軟骨拉麵先飲一啖湯，濃濃黑蒜香味，豬軟骨軟綿綿好入味。牛肉野菜壽喜燒材料豐富。串燒拼盤有雞翼、雞肉串及燒菠蘿最後食埋個甜品，好滿足。
