To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ✿牛肝菌汁烤雞(半隻)自從第一次叫外賣食佢個麻辣烤雞之後,就好掛住佢,今次就試下最多人食嘅牛肝菌汁烤雞。佢真係好抵食,有半隻烤雞,有野飲,有得三選二:焗薯/焗雜菜/雞油飯。麻辣烤雞整得超好食,好入味,啲雞肉又好嫩滑,個次叫雞油飯同焗雜菜食,真係一試難忘。同埋烤雞感覺好似健康過食炸雞,食左冇咁多罪惡感哈哈。牛肝菌汁烤雞都好好食,醬汁都好濃味,咸咸地咁,好正。焗薯都有調味過,咸咸地嘅味,都係好好食!呢個價有半隻烤雞又有配菜同野飲,邊到搵呀!真係CP值好高
