To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很早看到招牌，挂念已久，立冬有勇气过去点了一碗侯柱筋腩面。汤面37港币，但是用料非常实在，肉量很大，滋味醇厚，汤底浓郁，热腾腾的满满一碗，在微冷的天气里吃完感觉很幸福。本来担心不会用白话点单会不会有什么问题，但是接待的姐姐和老板娘都很温柔可亲，普通话点单也ok。店里氛围很温馨，好喜欢，下次一定还会再来ʕ ᵔᴥᵔ ʔ
