約咗老朋友去筲箕灣食飯,呢間餐廳係佢介紹我嚟,話啲熟食幾惹味,叫我一定要試吓,不過掛住傾計無好好記錄菜式名同價錢🙇🏻♀️鹽燒白切蝦 一上枱已經聞到好香,燒得好惹味,蝦肉新鮮唔會霉,但蝦再大隻啲就更加正。秘製燒安格斯牛仔骨 肉質夠腍,燒得好香口,而且無筋👍🏻秘製燒豬頸肉 入味到不得了,肉質爽口🤤炸香蕉 外皮脆又薄,內裡充滿住香蕉蓉,點埋沙律醬嚟食,一流💕沙嗲豬肉串燒 佢嘅沙嗲醬調配得好濃郁,勁香花生味,豬肉唔鞋,兩者配合得好好。秘製燒豆卜 平時出面食嘅豆卜都係空心,咬落去係滿滿嘅空氣,如果你同我一樣鍾意食豆卜,呢款會好驚喜。豆卜中間都係實心嘅,原來係老細特登搵人整,好有心。秘製雞全翼 燒得金黃,雖然外皮有少少燒到焦黑咗,但不影響我對雞翼嘅愛,雞翼都算大隻,成隻都燒得香噴噴。鹽燒西非野生比目魚 平時食比目魚,印象中肉質都比較鞋,但呢到嘅魚肉都幾嫩滑喎,改觀!蒜蓉燒原條茄子 友人覺得有啲偏鹹,但重口味如我覺得咁先夠惹味😋 蒜香味好濃好正!需加一服務費,埋單2人約$500。P.S. 餐廳仲有自家制辣醬,原價$68,而家+$28就有,朋友買咗樽試,聽講好掂,唔知樽上係咪老闆嘅老婆同囝囝呢👀如果你
