To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一經過門口已經見到排晒長龍，同埋好香，等咗一陣就可以入座。我同朋友叫咗一個鍋、一個燒肉一齊share。野菜鍋的湯好清甜，加埋蔬菜嘅甜味，直程可以當湯飲。燒肉非常之特別，佢係香草吉列，有脆卜卜嘅口感之餘唔會太油膩。特別推介明太子釀無骨雞翼，雞翼炸得剛剛好，可以大啖大啖咁食雞翼真係好正。必須要講嘅係，主餐加倍的飲品，價格非常優惠， 20幾蚊就可以飲到日式premium啤酒，配埋白香草吉列燒肉簡直係冇得投訴。
